These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Console product (the "Service") provided by General Secret OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registration number 17112803), located at Vesivärava tn 50-201, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10152, Estonia (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the ServiceConsole is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for companies to create, manage, and analyze AI assistants for support and communication workflows. The Service includes user chats, document-based learning for AI assistants, analytics, and collaboration features.
Console is intended for professional and commercial use. A 14-day free trial is available. Subscription plans apply after the trial, based on usage and selected features.

• 2. Eligibility and Acceptable UseYou must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You may only use the Service on behalf of a legal entity or organization.
• You may create multiple accounts if needed for your organization.
• You may not:
• Use the Service for spamming, unauthorized mass mailing, or scraping.
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security systems.
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes on third-party rights.

• 3. Account Registration and ManagementRegistration requires a valid email address.
• You may not transfer or share your account with others.
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at start@generalsecret.com.
• Inactive accounts (no logins or activity for 3 months) may be deleted automatically.

4. Subscriptions and PaymentsConsole is offered on a subscription basis, with pricing depending on the number of sessions and team members. All plans include AI assistants, knowledge base integration, multilingual support, and analytics.

Features such as manual/auto modes, Copilot mode, and team collaboration are available depending on the selected plan.

• A 14-day free trial is provided for new users.
• No refunds are issued after a subscription is charged.
• You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

• 5. Limitations of LiabilityWe are not liable for:
• AI-generated output or actions taken based on it.
• Behavior or content posted by other users.
• We do accept liability for:
• Service interruptions directly caused by us.
• Data loss resulting from our system errors.

However, you are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your content where appropriate.

• 6. User Content and Intellectual PropertyAll content uploaded or created by users (e.g., documents, chat dialogues) remains the property of the user.
• You grant us a limited right to process and use your content to operate and improve the Service, including AI training (where applicable).
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any data you upload.

7. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access to your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Use the Service in a way that harms other users or the system.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request permanent data deletion by contacting start@generalsecret.com.

8. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If you disagree with the changes, you may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data.

9. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia.
